The item must be returned in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. Return / Service Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is in new and unused condition, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. To return and item for refund, contact Primo Gear by email customersupport@PrimoGear.com or by phone 1.702.425.7855 and you will be given instructions on how to return you item. Please have your order # and model # ready. If your item is defective, if you need replacement parts, or if you need technical assistance please contact the manufacturer directly. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Returning an Oversized Item Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 70 pounds. You will be refunded shipping charges on Oversized Item returns if the item arrives defective or damaged or if the return is a result of a shipping error. You will not be refunded shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to buyer remorse. Please be aware that shipping charges can be expensive for Oversized Items.
