      We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you
      purchase from Primo  Gear.  If for any reason you are not
      satisfied with our  service, or with your purchase, we will
      do our best to make  things right.      
      
      Within 30 days of delivery, you can return items in new,
      unused condition for a full refund or exchange, minus the
      shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.  The item
      must be returned in original boxes (whenever possible), and
      with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full
      credit.      
            
      After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.      
            
      For items that are defective, or if you need specific
      technical support contact the manufacturer directly. If you
      do not get the help you need from the manufacturer, please
      contact us.      
     
            Return / Service Policy            

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is in new
      and unused condition, you may return it for a full refund
      within 30 days. To return and item for refund, contact
      Primo Gear by email customersupport@PrimoGear.com or by
      phone 1.702.425.7855 and you will be given instructions on
      how to return you item. Please have your order # and model
      # ready.
     
      If your item is defective, if you need replacement parts, or
      if you need technical assistance please contact the
      manufacturer directly. They are the experts on their products
      and will provide prompt, professional service. If you do not
      get the help you need from the manufacturer, please contact
      us.
     
      Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original
      purchaser.
     
      Returning an Oversized Item
     
      Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than
      70 pounds. You will be refunded shipping charges on Oversized
      Item returns if the item arrives defective or damaged or if
      the return is a result of a shipping error. You will not be
      refunded shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned
      due to buyer remorse. Please be aware that shipping charges
      can be expensive for Oversized Items.
